COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGV-30ADC61+SGDV-200A01A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beijer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711K5A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5CSRKJ manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T100EXTER by Manufacturer Beijer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scientific-Atlanta Brand 546091 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as 7685T12 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFD007L21A075KW made by Delta as well as the popular 6AV66470AF113AX0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT10C4D12711PT10C4D8 by Allen-Bradley and 7685T12 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711M3A18L12711M3A19L1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
