COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGV-20ADC6C+SGDV-180A01A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toauto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toauto such as the 130HS27DM2282 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5P5000V1163 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRV00210 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AW54550AE6AW54550AE6AW54550AE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A05B2051C123 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1404M405ARIO made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular NS15TX01BV2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMIGTO2315 by Schneider and A05B2051C123 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSXAEY414 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
