COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGV-09D3E6S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uticor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711T10C15C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8503 manufactured by Xycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Xycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 150024n2l16ec by Manufacturer Uticor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AV39711CA030DA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as 263900002A equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRMR5A27P50 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SK110210 original spares produced by Yuken Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRMR5A27P5 by Yaskawa and 263900002A spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRE7U2018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
