COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGH-75ACA61 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 World-Wide product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the UGRMEM01SSW11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VP3575D manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WWE7536365TS by Manufacturer World-Wide as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Advanced-Motion-Controls Brand XP2114 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Demag such as WUH10DDZNA80B2 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USAPEM07YR21013 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular VS50094 original spares produced by Perske Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YS2020FN001 by Nsk and WUH10DDZNA80B2 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZDM3551T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
