COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGH-09ACA61 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out A.-O.-Smith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Motors such as the S480A060RB00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S182T manufactured by A.-O.-Smith and we are pleased to be able to service most A.-O.-Smith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R7847A1033 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM08U2HA12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as R88DRA05 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S34246 made by Bradley as well as the popular SGMASD2AXADH1341062700307G12 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SER311174L5SS0CO by Berger-Lahr and R88DRA05 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD23H2A28E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
