COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGH-05DCA61 dt090-020-0-r parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R88MW5K030HS2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMAH01AAF2C manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM08A312CY1 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yasakawa Brand SGMG30A2ABC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motion-Control-Systems such as RM676B676B303 equipment made by Motion-Control-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion-Control-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion-Control-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RF17DT80N4TFEV1A made by Sew as well as the popular SBSV1453028 original spares produced by Sbc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S52UT90S4BMGS57A by Sew and RM676B676B303 spares by Motion-Control-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
