COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMDH-06A2A-YR14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Syncrogear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Syncrogear such as the R711 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RM7895A1014 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM04VGNK52AC by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMDH06A2AYR13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as R45GENAR2NSVS00 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R40DT80K4BMG1HF made by Sew as well as the popular SGDA08AS original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBY074MCA2 by Sterling and R45GENAR2NSVS00 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
