COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMAS-01A2A41 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ragonot products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ragonot such as the SB4004M11112Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD6804 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF32DT71C4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand R32HENCR2NSNV00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as SFA2002003010050 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD1702 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular SD13LISW0356307K original spares produced by Parvalux Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S3P175W048G1 by Baldor and SFA2002003010050 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R45GCAAR2NSNV80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
