COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMAH-01AAAP19 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stm-Bologna parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD8857 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMI70F3 manufactured by Stm-Bologna and we are pleased to be able to service most Stm-Bologna systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R40DT71C4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Contraves Brand R401DL00701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parvalux such as SD18LIS65642806L equipment made by Parvalux have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parvalux products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parvalux" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R88MM70012B made by Omron as well as the popular SGLGW40A365AP original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBM2003 by Baumuller and SD18LIS65642806L spares by Parvalux are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFHRV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
