COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM7J-08AFC6E+SGD7S-5R5A00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Crt-Solutions product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV312HU11N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5CSRKJ manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14ColorCRT by Manufacturer Crt-Solutions as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NS15TX01BV2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as AIG707WCL1B2F equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TX1201AL made by Hitachi as well as the popular HT204598110 original spares produced by Carrier Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V606C10 by Hach and AIG707WCL1B2F spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6FC52030AF061AA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
