COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM7G-75AFC61+SGD7S-550A00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMGV13ADC6C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UM858UM873C manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LV431831 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Festo Brand MPPE31810420B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as IC755CSS15CDA equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PB6C5D8 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 6AV21232DB030AX0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PK4M20A by Allen-Bradley and IC755CSS15CDA spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6FX11214BA01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
