COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM7G-20AFC6C+SGD7S-180A00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ab such as the 100C09EJ10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XP80TTAAC manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PRDT15AG by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beijer Brand T100EXTER in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as CJ1WSCU31V1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGM7G75AFC61SGD7S550A00A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular MAC90Beijer original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT6C20A8 by Allen-Bradley and CJ1WSCU31V1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP370SC1124V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
