COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM7G-20AFC61+SGD7S-180A00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6AV21814DB200AX0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES71541AA000AB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NB7WTW01BNB7WTW01B by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand NSX400FLV432676 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as DCSEI813F3BDH000022R1 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS1982N56E18 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular SMTSMTNEL20EKR2H original spares produced by Two-Technologies Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMJV08ADE6E by Yaskawa and DCSEI813F3BDH000022R1 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT6M5A8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
