COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM7G-09AFC6C+SGD7S-7R6A00A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weinview parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the LV431831 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT6070IH5WV manufactured by Weinview and we are pleased to be able to service most Weinview systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM7J04AFC6ESGD7S2R8A00A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand HMIGTO2300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delta such as VFD007L21A075KW equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PK10C4D9A made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 2711PT7C4D8K original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC752WFC502FC by Ge and VFD007L21A075KW spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV66430DD011AX2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
