COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-08UW12SP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dings product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the S3P175W048G1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R88MW75030TB manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R72035 by Manufacturer Dings as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD7451 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harmonic-Drive-Systems such as RH14B3002E100ALVISPA1544 equipment made by Harmonic-Drive-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harmonic-Drive-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harmonic-Drive-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S47DT71D4ASDX made by Sew as well as the popular SFA07ENC original spares produced by Servoflex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911320771 by Rexroth and RH14B3002E100ALVISPA1544 spares by Harmonic-Drive-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
