COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-08AWFJ83 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the S933A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S52DT90L4BMm manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA60100 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand S14867013011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asr-Servotron such as SD3215AZ equipment made by Asr-Servotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asr-Servotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asr-Servotron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RD1RSTF215TCZ4BB10 made by Techtop as well as the popular RS0608FN001 original spares produced by Nsk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC0164UA008A010 by Ge and SD3215AZ spares by Asr-Servotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S11S265R113F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nidec. |
