COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-04A314M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pds-Colombo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the S33FR00P010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S63KR00P010 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCE1102 by Manufacturer Pds-Colombo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand R88MW5K030HS2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD7671 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RG139445TZ02414332 made by Siemens as well as the popular SAF37DT80M4BMG1HRKS original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD8156 by Mj-Tooling and SD7671 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RH14B3002E100ALVISPA1544 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harmonic-Drive-Systems. |
