COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-04A312 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the SDSC2D2CM2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R850012EL7 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q202 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM02UW14E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as SD6663 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD0474 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SBP5320054130120165 original spares produced by Nexen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R27SSNAR1NSNV02 by Pacific-Scientific and SD6663 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R34JENTTSLANV01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
