COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-02A314B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the RB142001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBSV1453028 manufactured by Sbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Sbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S77CE00F010 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Harmonic-Drive-Systems Brand RS86006C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sterling such as SBY054PCW equipment made by Sterling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sterling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sterling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SF4P40761Y made by Lincoln as well as the popular SA37AM56 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SER39B4L3SSOAOO by Telemecanique and SBY054PCW spares by Sterling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SER311174L3SS0CB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berger-Lahr. |
