COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGM-02A312-Y1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kearfott products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gem-Powere parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kearfott such as the RS9313A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R8 manufactured by Gem-Powere and we are pleased to be able to service most Gem-Powere systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SG10SAGA13AC by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD5465 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as SC0163SA016A008 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFE048215 made by Emerson as well as the popular S76DE00F010 original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q202Y025N056K1 by Baldor and SC0163SA016A008 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S80C2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ber-Mar. |
