COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGLGW-40A365AP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harmonic-Drive-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harmonic-Drive-Systems such as the RS86006C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R27R17DT71K4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD2754 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elwood-Gettys Brand S77CEB1P010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elwood-Getty's such as S76GTB03010 equipment made by Elwood-Getty's have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elwood-Getty's products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elwood-Getty's" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD3218 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular R47R37DT71C44RPM original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911320227 by Rexroth and S76GTB03010 spares by Elwood-Getty's are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q176Y010M056L1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
