COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGDV-2R8FE1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Komatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uniop product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6FX11281BA00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DKP3640ECA21GF manufactured by Komatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Komatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature eMAC605FE by Manufacturer Uniop as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CIMRV7CU47P5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as GP570LG2124VGP570LG2124V equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2706D21J8SerB made by Ab as well as the popular 5141708003 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AN2559LPAN455FC by Analogic and GP570LG2124VGP570LG2124V spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8520MTB2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
