COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGDS-20A72AY539 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the SFA40230030000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R27DT90L4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R33SSNCSSNSNV02 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quicksilver Brand S23H3E01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Refu-Elektronik such as RD527W004LPV equipment made by Refu-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Refu-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Refu-Elektronik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RMU40F1SINM1 made by Stm as well as the popular S3P100W008G1 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S37DT80N2 by Sew and RD527W004LPV spares by Refu-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R720BT032EL7Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
