COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGDB-2BADY353 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A853GOTLWD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV36171JC200AX1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A02B0084C102 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Digital Brand 088001402GP370SC3124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cegelec-Alstom such as 31V5200 equipment made by Cegelec-Alstom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cegelec-Alstom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cegelec-Alstom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PB10C6D12711PRDT10C2711PRN6 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular E85C3181D original spares produced by Lumonics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A05B2301C370 by Fanuc and 31V5200 spares by Cegelec-Alstom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6189RDT12C6182H12TEH4D6189RPEH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
