COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SAM-1080 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cone-Drive-Operations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone-Drive-Operations such as the RG151060SSAF03BGKCZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S9992BG manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R720BT032EL7Z by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bostitch Brand RNYM113201YYAJ120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as S62GAC0F0V0 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PX60930 made by Bayside as well as the popular R88MM70012B original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RA22L by Toshiba and S62GAC0F0V0 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gem-Powere. |
