COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SAM1070 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stelron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R88MK1K530TBS2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RD32P320RHLKM manufactured by Stelron and we are pleased to be able to service most Stelron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA12M0700R by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R600T100L84 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wat such as Q2EFA132N2AH equipment made by Wat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R57DT80K4BMG1HF made by Sew as well as the popular RE302500BG63 original spares produced by Dunkermotoren Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PG90001 by Bayside and Q2EFA132N2AH spares by Wat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R47224NK24030042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
