COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa PROGIC-8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Zed-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Zed-Instruments such as the 500329 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGDV1R6A01A002000 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDS10A01A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has York Brand 03100987D003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as FC81A equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available made by as well as the popular SG7SR90A30A002 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PROGIC8 by Yaskawa and FC81A spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USYS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zumbach-Electonics.
