COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa NPSO-1203L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yuken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the UD1AG3050N6KD2TANS1UD1AG3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK109920T10 manufactured by Yuken and we are pleased to be able to service most Yuken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPCRMR224K by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CIMRG5M4055 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CIMRVU4A0004FAARevC equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1033000375 made by Adept as well as the popular CIMRMTIII15K2 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711ET14C15X by Allen-Bradley and CIMRVU4A0004FAARevC spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
