COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZSP-CSM22-03-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zaytran-Inc. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the YPHT31151 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGDE manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GPLN40 by Manufacturer Zaytran-Inc. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has York Brand 03101788 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as YPHT3167 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PGW273600A0060 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TRD original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXASC200GCUEB by Yokogawa and YPHT3167 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 246932330AFA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa. |
