COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZRCR-NTU01B-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moore-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore-Products such as the QLCCM24AAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ModIC660EBA025B manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPL8320A186E by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fluke Brand PM6685R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phoenix-Contact such as OPC5515003AB equipment made by Phoenix-Contact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix-Contact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix-Contact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QPI211V0C2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular R25F05001000640 original spares produced by Ircon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QE8ST090F41S08 by Ingersoll-Rand and OPC5515003AB spares by Phoenix-Contact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRJ2200CS100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
