COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZRCR-NPP01B-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the MDX60A0220503400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MLG9311F manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112B0GD4C130A2WI521LXS018 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand LEDUV395LA290XD6XQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MC021C equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MR0R0525F10010 made by Ircon as well as the popular MHD112B048PPOBN original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M5485EVB by Logic-Pd-Freescale and MC021C spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG200H2YS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
