COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZNC-XPP20B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MSK060C0300NNM1UG0NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P3721140338701 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMPM15402 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand P60B13200HBV00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonitron such as M3452C600 equipment made by Bonitron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonitron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonitron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PDPN859E made by Goss as well as the popular QPI31200S2PA original spares produced by Total-Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCG32000F by Westinghouse and M3452C600 spares by Bonitron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNIE55100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
