COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZNCU-MPB02E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Signet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Komatsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NQ5MQ000B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P812403 manufactured by Signet and we are pleased to be able to service most Signet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDWCEVR2Q11SP by Manufacturer Komatsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Measurement-Technology Brand MTL5510B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dt-Kalish such as MD020329 equipment made by Dt-Kalish have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dt-Kalish products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dt-Kalish" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMPMC2300 made by Modicon as well as the popular MPCNA20NNN00N original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P6581271G90 by Toshiba and MD020329 spares by Dt-Kalish are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVI56LTQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosoft. |
