COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZNC-OP247-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Measurement-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Van-Dorn product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Measurement-Technology such as the 8512IFHAHART spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E1101Beijer manufactured by Beijer and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CRTPTHFNDR111 by Manufacturer Van-Dorn as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand YS170001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waltron such as uAI9030 equipment made by Waltron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waltron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waltron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PK4M5D made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 4701605008 original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A61L00010076 by Fanuc and uAI9030 spares by Waltron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT20MDT131 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
