COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JZNC-MRK12-1E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Panel products, including obsoleted and phased-out New-Niec-Igbt-Module parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Panel such as the 288004501GP2500TC4124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NIECIGBTMODULEPGH10016AM manufactured by New-Niec-Igbt-Module and we are pleased to be able to service most New-Niec-Igbt-Module systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6182H10TRH4DA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711K10G92711K10G9L1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as PXM10 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E21FFABC6 made by Intecolor as well as the popular GT1155QSBDC original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMGV09ADC61SGDV7R6A01A by Yaskawa and PXM10 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
