COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JUSP-DCP10B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moisture products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Logic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moisture such as the M601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSP500MG manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCE5048625 by Manufacturer Logic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moeller Brand MV4570TA2100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Total-Control such as opi21100s2c equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMPC1200 made by Aeg as well as the popular NS8TV01BV2NS8TV01BV2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCS110FZ by Lauer and opi21100s2c spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OIT3160BC1D2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maple-Systems. |
