COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JPAC-C055.1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weed parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Alfa-Laval-Satt-Cont product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDB44ADGPY174 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D0812 manufactured by Weed and we are pleased to be able to service most Weed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 492793201 by Manufacturer Alfa-Laval-Satt-Cont as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand A77GOTCLS5A7GTBUS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6ES53125CA11 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1P6AV66420BA011AX1 made by Siemens as well as the popular 2711K5A16 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPCRMR08C by Yaskawa and 6ES53125CA11 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2706D11J2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
