COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JP101/Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aerotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the 95IC168 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7410240553 manufactured by Ab and we are pleased to be able to service most Ab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6250018 by Manufacturer Aerotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ifm Brand VSO200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Absolute such as API4300 equipment made by Absolute have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Absolute products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Absolute" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACH550VCR024A2F267 made by Abb as well as the popular ACB530U1125A1 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACH550VCR015A4F267 by Abb and API4300 spares by Absolute are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACH501005400P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
