COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JEPMC-EX200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Monitech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eberle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Komatsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Monitech such as the ML121CTMILL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PG4 manufactured by Eberle and we are pleased to be able to service most Eberle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDWCEVR2Q11SP by Manufacturer Komatsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NT620CST142B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ctc such as P313T4A62A3 equipment made by Ctc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ctc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ctc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NS10 made by Omron as well as the popular NSCDS002A original spares produced by Coutant-Electronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mPRO93S9598602 by Gardner-Denver and P313T4A62A3 spares by Ctc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MICROBOX7824A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arista. |
