COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-XBB01 REV.C JZNC-XRK01D-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Windsor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atlas-Capco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the LUT1440 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPMA51 manufactured by Windsor and we are pleased to be able to service most Windsor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LTD27SR005RE by Manufacturer Atlas-Capco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MC323DBN634A008G52 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as MMPM504T0 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MV4V4S471472 made by Soyo as well as the popular MSNAE5510701 original spares produced by Metasys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD071CN040N2T095GA0 by Indramat and MMPM504T0 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDSC1V235205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
