COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-SV02C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued K-Tron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hirschmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader K-Tron such as the KDFT6AT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS201600SAAE manufactured by Hirschmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Hirschmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M10169491 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lexium Brand MHDS1028N00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Osaka-Kiko such as MH4360317 equipment made by Osaka-Kiko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Osaka-Kiko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Osaka-Kiko" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LMS211S14 made by Sick as well as the popular MM730A original spares produced by Miyachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC071C0JS4C095A0W1504LVS001 by Indramat and MH4360317 spares by Osaka-Kiko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MFD22AZ36FAF1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
