COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-MSV01B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thermo-couple-Products-Co. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MDX60A00755A3400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC620050000 manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M4064D17100Series18LGDUP by Manufacturer Thermo-couple-Products-Co. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitac Brand MSC256BS5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Powermax such as M22NRXBLNFNS00 equipment made by Powermax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powermax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powermax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LCD121017 made by Schneider as well as the popular L4152910253 original spares produced by Schrader-Bellows Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JS5085 by Sokki and M22NRXBLNFNS00 spares by Powermax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090B0PD4C110B0WI520LVS001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
