COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-FC190 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112D0ED4C130A0WI520LVS005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKD071B061GP0KN manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG300Q2YS43 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Penberthy Brand Levelmark614 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitac such as MSC373SCI equipment made by Mitac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD112DN015N2M130PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MSDA043A1A02 original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCRCIU0DC by Phoenix-Contact and MSC373SCI spares by Mitac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDX61B00222A34OT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
