COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD- FC08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trio-Motion-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ashcroft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trio-Motion-Technology such as the MC224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LUT1400S01 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K17M0215C15000 by Manufacturer Ashcroft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MHD093B035NP0AN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Adyoron such as ME594V03504 equipment made by Adyoron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adyoron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adyoron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JANCDFC21001 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular MKD112B048KG1BN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMO3616IO1 by Ixys and ME594V03504 spares by Adyoron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKD041B144KP0KN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
