COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-CG27 DF8202777-B1 Rev. B11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imo-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda such as the LCSE5OV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS46215 manufactured by Imo-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Imo-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M9220BGA3 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand LS3101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as MA31000T equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LMS21030206 made by Sick as well as the popular MPSB4540FMJ52DA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP48 by Halliburton and MA31000T spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
