COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-CG20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yushin-Precision-Equipment parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JZNCXPP04B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F9302040IC manufactured by Yushin-Precision-Equipment and we are pleased to be able to service most Yushin-Precision-Equipment systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JZRCRYPU03C1 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JUSPWS30AAY18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zemic such as B9DN315K6B equipment made by Zemic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zemic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zemic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available YPHT3167 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular LCD120150 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 500059 by Zed-Instruments and B9DN315K6B spares by Zemic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KZ70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yuco.
