COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCDBB03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the MG200H2YS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LTMODULINT200A manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRS12100BE01 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl-Fuchs Brand KFD2UT2EX1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sti-Omron such as MC478R201200XMC47201200R equipment made by Sti-Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti-Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti-Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS46SR301570Q1RNOFP made by Sti as well as the popular MFD22AZ36FAF1 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMPM22300 by Modicon and MC478R201200XMC47201200R spares by Sti-Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD093CN030N2L110PA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
