COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa GPD515C-A025, CIMR-G5M25P51F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thayer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thayer such as the D60905 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34242249A manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1P6AV21232GB030AX0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1772LFSERIESB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A02B0092C141 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2431TD15S2 made by Touch-Panel as well as the popular 800PF1CA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6DR51200NG000AA0 by Siemens and A02B0092C141 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A950GOTLBDM3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
