COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa GPD506V-B014, CIMR-P5M45P51F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Liebert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Henny-Penny-Corp. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the DR1015B80 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20200722 manufactured by Liebert and we are pleased to be able to service most Liebert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75469F by Manufacturer Henny-Penny-Corp. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sigma Brand 8451 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 492AIFM83 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EMTS0001 made by Guzzetti as well as the popular 2431TD15S2 original spares produced by Touch-Panel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT12W22D9PAPLC by Allen-Bradley and 492AIFM83 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV78612TA001AA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
