COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa ETC008612 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze-Americas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Radisys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the FD63B150PC4754 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVF8602E manufactured by Lenze-Americas and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze-Americas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EXPVIDB61065422B00350044 by Manufacturer Radisys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JASPWRCF01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Infosight such as LL1000RU equipment made by Infosight have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Infosight products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Infosight" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ISPAMZMI1005100T1NAQB made by Iai as well as the popular MJA36350 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ICS05149 by Door-man and LL1000RU spares by Infosight are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KCP2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuka. |
